2009 - 2013
'Fully Equipped to Manage Wounds' ' Education Invigorates Wound Healing' & 'The Wole Package' ~ Published in WIN magazine
WMAOI ~ Bi Annual Conference, 1st Prize for poster presentation
Our First UCD Invite to deliver lectures to Post Graduate Public Health Nursing Students and Gerontology students which we continued for 7 years.
Our first delivery of 'Skills Training in Doppler Assessment' in Louth/Meath HSE in 2010 & 2012 and thereafter in HSE West Meath 2012 upskilling all the CRGN.
We have had the privileges' of being Invited guest speakers to All Ireland Nutritional Conference, Infection Prevention Society, Irish Pharmaceutical Union, Nursing Home Ireland and the Mater Hospital in Dublin~ Best Practice in Leg Ulcer Care. In 2012 We attended Wounds UK Conference ~ Harrogate as guest speakers as part of the BSN Team Symposium.
We were part of the team of the Wound Care Formulary launch in HSE Letterkenny General Hospital, Donegal in November 2011 and delivered ABA Approved Wound Assessment & Classification sessions to the nursing staff in 2013/13.
2014-2019
We continued to deliver lectures to Post Graduate Public Health Nursing Students in UCD, JCM, St. Vincent's and Mater Private Hospital .In 2015 saw the PUTZ Collab. We were part of the clinical pilot groups aiming to reducing pressure ulcers to ZERO.
Our Biggest achievements for 2016 - 2020 was our collaborations with The Alzheimer's Society of Ireland, Mowlam Health care, Carechoice, Irish Practice Nurses Association and HSE Mid west.
We are very proud of 2 posters at WMAOI on Quality of life and Cost analysis which got highly recommended.
2020-2023
The world of Online Education took us by storm in 2020 and to which we embraced and still continue to deliver up to 40% of education via this method. Our collaborations continue with Carechoice, Mowlam Health care, HSE Dublin Central and in 2023 we have developed a bespoke education session for Practice Nurses.
